The Process Begins: 4 Weeks Out
When we take on a new brand ambassador assignment, planning starts about four weeks before the first event. We carefully screen candidates through in-office interviews, looking for self-starters who genuinely enjoy connecting with others and bring their authentic selves to every interaction. During these initial meetings, we discuss specific brands and products to ensure a good fit between the ambassador and the demonstration opportunity.
Pre-Event Training: 72 Hours Before
Three days before an event, selected ambassadors come to our office for comprehensive training. Our step-by-step process starts with the brand’s history, then focuses on specific products for demonstration. The team reviews detailed talking points and all materials that will be included in their demo kit. We show them exactly how to set up their display table and provide reference photos to ensure consistency.
Final Preparation: 24 Hours Before
The day before the event, ambassadors visit our office to pick up their event kit. While contents vary by client, each kit always includes a table and product samples for demonstration. Depending on the brand’s needs, kits may also contain talking point materials, literature for display, and business cards representing the brand.
Event Day
Ambassadors arrive early to check in with store staff and prepare their product display according to the provided setup guide. Following our proven setup process ensures a consistent, professional presentation at every location.
Throughout the day, our ambassadors create welcoming experiences for customers–greeting them with warm smiles, offering samples, and sharing key product features while maintaining natural, engaging conversations.
